Laser-Femto has delivered the most advanced fs fiber lasers to Stanford University (Professor Karl Deisseroth) in supporting US National BRIAN Initiative program. These four fs fiber lasers are synchronized with one broadband mode locked seed oscillator covering 1050-1090 nm, and operates at 1060 nm or 1080 nm spectral bands for spectral combining. Each laser emits 50 W average power with a pulse width at <250 fs. Customer is very satisfied with our effort:
" Thank you for your support on this project. We are very pleased that you have met the key specifications set out in December and delivered the high performance lasers on time. ...As we have discussed before, this (brain imaging and stimulating) is an extraordinary and unique opportunity to make major scientific progress in support of, and highlighted by the national BRAIN initiative. Your technologies and support play an essential role in that success."
